Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a type of therapeutic support designed to improve overall well-being and mental health, promote the development of social skills and relationships, and assist individuals in coping with the challenges they face in life.
t helps people gain a deeper understanding of themselves, explore and process their emotional states, and work through and organize past experiences.
Additionally, individual therapy aids in expanding personal awareness, utilizing available resources, and addressing symptoms or difficulties. It also teaches individuals how to set healthy boundaries and recognize thought patterns, particularly in the context of relationships.
In my work I'm using Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
